Kylie Solway

At a very young age, real estate became a part of Kylie’s life out of necessity. With a single mother working full-time in Education, 11 year-old Kylie found housing for her and her family every year, like clockwork, until the age of 18. She would reach out to various listing agents and landlords via her family’s landline phone, negotiate the price and set up appointments to view the houses.

Fast forward, Kylie completed the International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement programs at her high school and landed upon the Dean’s List during her completion of a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) at Ryerson University. Subsequently, she delved back into real estate and became a licensed salesperson. This time, out of true passion, not necessity. 

Kylie brings a wealth of real estate experience to the team, including a near decade of real estate executive assistant experience. She has had the opportunity to be mentored by some of Toronto’s top real estate agents. Kylie has a profound understanding of the downtown real estate markets having lived in a variety of different neighbourhoods. She is incredibly detail-oriented, efficient and passionate about finding perfect spaces for her clients to call home. Spending her formative years living in the US, Kylie has gained a huge advantage in helping people who are relocating.  Kylie is especially passionate about advocating for marginalized communities and elevating the voices of Queer folks in relation to housing accommodation.
